SRC maked an announcement

According to the data available in SRC’s database, many taxpayers have outstanding liabilities in terms of revenue stamp fees. The stamp fees are mandatory payments to the state budget of the Republic of Armenia in the manner and size prescribed by law for purposes of ensuring compensation for damages caused to life and health of military servicemen, and the liability is paid during each reporting period in the size established by the Law of Armenia “On compensation of damages caused to life or health of military servicemen when defending the Republic of Armenia”.

Taking into account the current situation and the martial law, the State Revenue Committee calls on taxpayers to pay the liabilities in terms of revenue stamp fees. Otherwise, the committee will be obliged to apply administration.
